I placed my first order with Lavene Joy Floral for a flower arrangement for my sister's birthday. I spoke with a very courteous Lady and explained what I was hoping to order. She explained to me that I could place the order online and pay at the same time. This was in the evening and by early that next morning, the flower arrangement was delivered to my sister's workplace. I received emails that morning from Lavene Joy Floral with a thank you, my receipt and also a picture of the flower arrangement that was delivered. I was so impressed by the service they offered, and the time spent on their customers. I will definitely order from this company again and again and refer them to my family and friends. I would give them higher than a 5-star rating if I could. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
