13 October 2026I placed my order from out of town. Not living in Lubbock, I had know idea who the good florists were. Lavene's did NOT disappoint! I placed my order online. I loved getting to see what arrangement I was ordering. They later texted me that a couple of the flowers in my arrangement were not available/out of season, so they had to make a couple of substitutions. (I loved that they didn't just do it without letting me know.) I also got a message when my arrangement was delivered, as well as a picture of the actual arrangement. So impressive!

14 September 2026I placed my first order with Lavene Joy Floral for a flower arrangement for my sister's birthday. I spoke with a very courteous Lady and explained what I was hoping to order. She explained to me that I could place the order online and pay at the same time. This was in the evening and by early that next morning, the flower arrangement was delivered to my sister's workplace. I received emails that morning from Lavene Joy Floral with a thank you, my receipt and also a picture of the flower arrangement that was delivered. I was so impressed by the service they offered, and the time spent on their customers. I will definitely order from this company again and again and refer them to my family and friends.
